Somtimes turn on

Dear Sir
My pc has an intel mother board DG35EC. Sometimes it turn on and work properly for some time and get stuck. Some times it doesnt turn on at all. Three or four times I could see the following message when it turn on ,
'' Serial Present Direct ( SPD) device data missing or inconclusive. Properly programmed SPD device data is required for reliable operation. DDR 2 533MHZ memory assumed at slowest timings''
How I can rectify this problem . Please help me

SPD data is in the RAM module.

With PC unplugged, remove RAM module and try first to clean the contact pins using the eraser tip of a pencil. If you have more than 1 RAM module, try one at a time.

If problem still persist, RAM is defective. Replace it.
