My facebook cannot open simply.please help me.

When I open my facebook account simply with my password,but cannot open and Above sentences come out. I dont know what it means and how to solve it ? please help me.

It is the equivalent to "OFF THE AIR".

Hold tight, as sometimes there are planned outages, for upgrades and such.
