Hello,
Try this 1
1) Clear your browsing data and check if you are able to open.
Since you are using chrome --> Open the browser --> Hold the Ctrl and Shift keys
--> Press the "Delete" key. "Clear your browsing data" dialog box will appear.
In "Obliterate the following items from:" select the option "the beginning of time"
from the drop-down menu --> Check all the check boxes --> Click on "Clear
browsing data" button.
2) If the problem still exits then
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command.
ping www.facebook.com ---> Press Enter.
Let us know if you are getting a reply messages or not.
3) Let us know if there is any error message that is being displayed and if the
problem is only with a particular browser or with all the browsers.
