                    First try the hard restart procedure:
1. disconnect power cord and remove the battery
2. hold down the power button for 60 seconds
3. reconnect the power cord and battery
4. start as normal
If this procedure doesn't work then you will need to find a good repair shop and have them do a diagnostic routine.
