I have managed to successfully installed Samsung kies in my laptop so that I could be able to backup my data. i am having difficulties to get the device connected to the laptop and I have trie all kind of troubleshooting with success. Can somebody help with a tip

Best website to download Kies from is at www.samsung.com/kies
Also download samsung usb drivers, maybe you don't have them in your laptop. If you don't your laptop won't be able to recognize your phone. After kies download a computer restart is neccesary
