Dear Gervarod,
Some antivirus programs don't allow you to install application while its running. This is to avoid any problem that being surfaced later on installing that application.
However, you can simply disable any or all the running antivirus programs using Windows notification area (Task bar). Right click on the antivirus icon and find options like stop, pause, disable or something similar. After then, start the installation procedure of your desired program.
If that steps didn't help you, try booting in safe mode. This will automatically disable all the third party programs including your antivirus. After which, you could easily install your desired application.
