Hi,
Ive been searching all over internet trying to work out why all of a sudden we can no longer connect to the playstation store.
We have tried power on and off
System on and off
Power key held on
Resetting the playstore store app
Holding down triangle button on the app
Deleted playstation store and reinstalled
Any other suggestions?
So frustrated :/

Maybe because PSN was down :
https://www.playstation.com/fr-fr/support/

And also probably because it's today they update the store.
