Hi,
If you will notice on the sheets that print that there will be an X in the right side. Usually the color that has the X is the printhead that is bad and needs replacing before it will have a good alignment. I just recommend looking at the little blocks to see which ones are bad with lines thru them or just plain missing blocks and replace those printheads. When the alignment is successful you will have a check mark on the right side. If the prints are ok then the only things you can do is leave the plotter on all the time or when the first sheet starts to print on power on hit the cancel button and it will eject the first sheet and will allow printing.
Good Luck!
