Sometimes memory modules will be incompatible with specific motherboards due to timing issues. You might be able to adjust the memory timing in the BIOS. But, it's easier to just buy a different make of memory. Normally the motherboard documentation will have a list of compatible modules.

Thanks, But he is not ready to buy a new one. So please help me change memory timing in the bios. Motherboard : ASUS P5G41- T M-LX. RAM : ADATA 1333mzh 2GB DDR3. NEW RAM : TWINMOS 4GB DDR3 Ram. Please give me required memory timing and also tell me where to change the memory timing.
