Even your printer has the new ink cartridges, or even if printed A few days ago, it is possible that after a while you start to have problems with print quality.
This has to do with the injectors, which in many cases are covered, for lack of use or dirt where the ink comes out.
Especially you having problems with green cartridge, you can say that you make a color cartridge cleaning, follow the steps below:
1. go to printing devices
2. then right-click the printer's own problem
3. click tools
4. then click maintenance
5. then clean injectors
6. select the color nozzles for cleaning
