Fix my computer

My friend got mad and slammed the top to my computer down and right away it went to a screen that I've never seen before. Now every time I tried to get on and fix my computer it goes to the acer logo and at the bottom says " press <f2> to enter setup. When I go there it just shows the basic stuff about my computer. I've tried multiple things to fix my computer but nothing has worked. Please help me out!

OK, it sounds like the CMOS battery is unplugged.

The CMOS battery looks like a nickel (US$.05).
