Samsung galaxy star won't make outgoing calls

Hey, I have a problem with my phone, he won't make outgoing calls and hangs up right after I make them and it just says call ended...I tried checking the settings and it all looks normal and it says that I am conected to my mobile network and I can answer calls and send messages but I don't know why I can't make them. So could somebody please help me I would appreciate it.
