Adobe premiere cs 4 encoder

Hi I have downloaded a premiere cs 4 it was about 1.48 gb
after installation when i was using premiere i liked to export
a video adobe encoder (opened as usual) but when i click on
"start queue" it start loading but nothing happen after 5 tp 10
minutes an error messege appear like this
