I HAVE A HCL NOTEBOOK B38 C2D..S.NO. IS B084AX193827..I DONT KNOW MY LAPTOP SERIES NUMBER....CAN U TELL ME THAT? I WANT TO UPDATE MY BIOS..IT SHOWS
PHOENIX TECHNOLOGIES LTD. H2.03,11/21/2008....PLZ GIVE A SOLUTION....

Why do you want to update the BIOS? A failed update will render the laptop useless.

Bcoz i want to format my os.....unable to do that..but why?every time its started and stops responding..then i have to shut down that....i tried a lot but no change..
