I am trying to reset the bios password on a Dell Inspiron 1525 which was purchased by my cousin. Her operating system (Vista Home Basic) crashed and I can't get reset the Bios Adminstrator Password so I can change the boot order. Our friends at Dell are telling me to take it to a Technician. That is a bunch of bolony when they don't provide the information on how to jumper their lousy computers to reset the bios password, especially when they know who is doing the change and who purchased the laptop.
