OK,here is the exact fix. If you try this more than 2 times, and it does not work, it will never work!
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Jump up and down three times while there is a "FULL" solar eclipse directly above you , in the WINTER!
If, for some reason you cannot wait for the condition, please take your phone to the carrier of your choice!
