No beep and no dvd drive power supply during switching cpu

While power on CPU button' fan running and MB led indicator on but no beep sound and not coming dvd/cd drive led light and also thereby no SCREEN DISPLAY.
Please guide/intimate problem solution.

Hello,
Try this 1
Unplug the power --> remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60
seconds to 2 minutes --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later
Put the battery back into the laptop.

No success in resolving problem, problem should be solved for PC CPU
