My pc doesn't display

Hi, my Name is Joel. i have a PC which has completely failed to start.It was working before and after cleaning it inside it completely failed to start. when i press the power button , the fan moves and stops but not displaying on the screen.Please help me out.

Be certain to check al of the physical connections. SOmething went uplogged when you cleaned it, or it is completly RUINED by static electricity by CLEANING!
