Try this 1
Assign a different drive letter and check if you are able to open the pen drive.
Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Disk Management" window will be opened.
Then right-click on your pen drive --> Select "Change Drive Letter and
Path.." --> Click on "Change" and assign different drive letter.
Change the volume name by right-clicking on your pen drive and select
properties. Enter your volume name.

another option does the drive show in "computer"
if so right click on it click properties click "Tools' click error checking button
now it may do the test immediate or it may say do it on next bootup..
this will correct any errors on the pen drive then you can use it.
