Welcome to this great site!
You might be surprised how handy the macro recorder is.
Start recording, apply filter, select all cells, copy cells, activate destination file, paste data, remove filter, stop recording.
Probably the only issue you have doing this, is finding the first available row.
This may help:
Range("A"&Rows.count).end(xlup).offset(1,0)
