Hello,
Try this 1
1) Open the Skype --> Click on "Tools" --> Connections Options --> Click on
"Connection" at the left side --> Uncheck all the check box and set "Automatic
proxy detection" from the drop-down menu --> Save --> Close the Skype and
open it again --> Now check if you are able to login.
2) Temporary disable your Antivirus/Firewall and check if you are able to login.
