I forgot my password,cant log in

dear Facebook team,
i have a fb id (deleted for security reasons<bold>).my fb email provider
is apple
icloud( <bold>deleted for security reasons ).i forgot my
profile password some how.i
want to reset my password but its not working.and
show that " How
would you like to reset your password? "but there
is no option.i note
this point and complain this.but they replay that
"you problem has
resolved".but my problem is not solve.if facebook
want any kind of
information .then they ask.i help you.I
can't access my fb profile. please reset this and
send to my phone
number or this email or my fb attached email
( deleted for security reasons@icloud.com ) .please do this.two
weeks I can't access my fb. I'd..I hope Facebook
will solve this problem as soon as possible.
