Bluetooth icon visible on tray but device not found?

Hello,

I Installed Bluetooth according to the instruction and with the help of that Bluetooth icon visible on tray but on right click it show "Bluetooth device not found". So what does it means Bluetooth is not present Hardware or any software problem?
Laptop- dell inspiron 1525
win8

Sometimes Bluetooth is an option on Dell laptops. Are you sure you have the hardware installed?
