Hi,
Can somebody help me please.
Ink is in and there is no informaiton that is anything wrong but my printer won't print black, other colours fine (titles and logos) but written words will not.
Took everything out and put back in etc. but still nothing.

This is a common problem with clogged ink jet(s). I suggest you read these instructions:
