Trouble printing and scanning on network printer

I have four years old desktop computer - Gateway DX 4840-37 with window 7 64 bit operating system. This computer was connected to high speed router via ethernet cable and wireless. having trouble printing and scanning on network printer - Lexmark X6675, and additional printer - HP Officejet 6500. My question is if I reset Gateway computer back to factory setting, re-install back printer drivers. Would I be able to print documents. Need to re-install drives such as printers such as Lexmark X6675, and HP Officejet 6500 wireless. save and transfer all digital picture files - thousand of pictures and documents back to the computer.
