Hello - when I covert a word document into a PDF file, the background changes into a tile effect format.I cannot change this by locking the picture format when adding background as this option is not highlighted. Can this be resolved? Thank you! Nidhideva

What software are you using for the pdf conversion. Some programs are demo only and will put this type of "watermark" on the converted file. Often buying the program solves this "problem".
