Hi,
Go to start menu -> All Programs -> Right click on Musket Scanner option -> click on CREATE SHORT CUT / PIN TO TASK BAR

Try to uninstall Scanner drivers and re install it. During re installing choose the option "Show the desktop icon" and tick on the check box. Now you can easily use it.
