Hello,

A PROBLEM HAS BEEN DETECTED AND WINDOWS HAS BEEN SUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER.
IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE SEEN THIS ERROR SCREEN RESTART YOUR
COMPUTER. IF THIS SCREEN APPEARS AGAIN FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
CHECK FOR VIRUSES ON YOUR COMPUTER. REMOVE ANY NEWLY INSTALLED HARD DRIVES OR HARD DRIVE CONTROLLERS. CHECK YOUR HARD DRIVE TO MAKES SURE IT IS PROPERLY CONFIGURED AND TERMINATED. RUN CHKDISK /F TO CHECK FOR HARDDRIVE CORRUPTION, AND THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.

impossible to open on safe mode etc i am stack with a blue screen but i do know why did happen many times used the software PLEX had the same problem before but could reboot on safe mode but that time impossible ,but have the 2 recover xp disk so please can somoene explain how but not to much in technical language just simple explanation.

Sorry there are no "simple instructions". It appears that you have unresolved hardware error(s) that stop your PC from booting. Hardware error diagnosis requires "hands on" access to your computer. I suggest a good local PC repair shop.
