You can't, Whatsapp only supports mobile phone.

It can be installed I did it
1)Install a software named bluestacks app player from the below
https://www.bluestacks.com/features.html
2)Then download the What'sup app from it the further procedures are same as that are in a mobile

If your system have all these specifications then your Windows PC is ready to install Whats App. It will take 10-20 minutes to use Whats App in PC ( Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 laptop).
