Hello,
When you boot to windows go to Start > All Programs > Startup and see if there is anything in there.
to give you some more time you can open up command prompt (Start > Run > CMD > OK) and type shutdown -a
when you get the shutdown warning.
then go to Task Scheduler and see if there is a task in there to run on startup.
