shutdown every time I on computerClosed

um..... i dont know how to describe this but let me try my best. every time i switch my computer on, there is this small tab that pops out saying that it is going to shut down in either 1 or 2 minutes time. i think my family member fiddled with the command prompt, and since thats where it started so thats where it shall end. so try to solve this problem through the command prompt or otherwise.

Hello,

When you boot to windows go to Start > All Programs > Startup and see if there is anything in there.

to give you some more time you can open up command prompt (Start > Run > CMD > OK) and type shutdown -a 
  when you get the shutdown warning.

then go to Task Scheduler and see if there is a task in there to run on startup.
