You can download WindowBlinds from Stardock. It's a Windows Skinning software. Yes, It will Skin your entire Windows UI including most to all of your programs. But you can always select which programs you don't want to be skined in the options menu. Here is a screenshiot of how my Skype looks using WindowBlinds. Yupp WindowBlinds can be downloaded from Stardock. It is actually a Windows Skinning software, the software is really cool, it will change your entire windows giving it a very cool look. Source: www.simpalm.com
