Error login laptop

Hi..
I have a problem with my dell inspiron laptop. When I press login key on laptop.its open till only welcome page. After showing welcome on screen then nothing more .so plz can u tell me how to fix this error?

It might be a malware problem or a Windows file problem. I suggest you have a local PC tech do a diagnostic.

Local pc tech fixed it.. There was hard disk problem
