Forgot my password

Hello, I forgot my password. The only option that comes up for recovery is to use my alternate email and nothing more. My alternate email was my student email which is no longer functional. I cannot see any link asking for phone number or security questions. I lost access to my alternate email when I graduated from school. Please can anyone help me with ideas on how to reset my password without the use of alternate email
