Hi there,
Could you give some more details? Are we talking about a laptop? Is this your only drive? If this is your OS drive, you wont be able to boot, unless you find another HDD and boot from a Windows DVD. Check your connections, switch SATA cables and ports. If you have a laptop, and it is under warranty, do not open it, because you may void your warranty.
