How do i get to go on my computer

Hello,
When I turn on my computer(not in that way) it has a black screen that has like windows has failed to start. A recent hardware or software may be the cause. theres two choices: launch start up repair( recommended) or start windows nornally.
When I launch start up repair the screen goes black, the cursor appears but nothing happens it just stays black screen with cursor forever.
When I start windows normally it runs some disk check, the disk check has three stages... when they are all 'checked', it will restart the computer. it just goes back to launch start up repair or start windows normally and just never turns on.



Can someone tell me how to fix my annoying peice of crap Inspirion 1525?
