Icons and start menu gone

Hello,

I tryed all this and nothing works. I just fixed it somehow on my own then hit something on keybouard and i cant fix it this time . Y doesnt the computer ever do what i tell it to do. Im so stressed plz help

Icons and start menu gone
Acer laptop shows wallpaper but no icons or start menu help? ✓ - Forum - Laptop

Explorer.exe not found no desktop icons or start menu . ✓ - Forum - Windows Vista

Press CTRL+ALT+Delete, and then click Task Manager.
Right-click explorer.exe, and then click End Process.
