Video Graphic Card Problems

I am having some vertical lines on My Computer's screen. I tried a fresh installation of Windows but to no avail.
NB: In the first boot screen it does not happen that way.
What's my problem and how do i Solve it.

It may be a loose connection. Do not reset your machine for a physical connection!
