Help me recover my yahoo id, password

My email account was locked. The account contains all my official email and information. The same was hacked and then locked. Please someone help me recover this ID if not my email. I have used the same ID on the WEBSITE and unfortunately all people contact us through the same email ID. I do not mind loosing the email in that account, but my request is PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER THE SAME ID so that my clients can get in touch with me.
