Regarding USB Ports virus problem Closed

Hello,

I have laptop with windows 7 (os). My inserted his External hard disk in my laptop. Then after none of my USB ports are detecting any USB. I don't know what kind of Virus it is. Kindly instruct me to remove it.

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system. 
Try connecting the device again

Download free copy of MBAM (Malwarebytes Antimalware) and run a full system scan. See if this antivirus could able to detect any virus on your system. Alternatively, start complete scan with whatever antivirus copy you own. 

Try plugging in some different devices and see if the Laptop USB ports are OK and working just fine.
