No itunes at all on my iphone 4s

i have NO itunes on my iphone 4s .. I have tried every thing following forums but no itunes.. Instead there is a music named app .. Plz tell me what to do

All you need to do is go to Settings on the iPhone. Go to General. Go to Reset. Then go to Reset Home Screen Layout and the app will reappear. The software is still in the phone just the icon was deleted.

I as have saud before .. I have tried reset homescreen too but no positive result.. Plz help me
