How can conect my phone android to visual studio 2013?

well i have visual studio 2013 with xamarin android and ios the i have some emulators ther but i dont like those emulators my question is, how do i do to conect my phone to the computer and visual studio 2013 detects my phone and i trial my application in my phone? i just tried conecting my phone and see if it apears in the emulators box in visual but it doesnt work. thanks for answer :).

Creating a cross-platform mobile solution using Visual Studio using Xamarin. we will create an iOS, Android, and Windows Phone 8 application with a shared code base and shared tests. We will use the VS Project Linker extension to add the shared code to the individual projects with file linking. Finally, we will test our applications by deploying to either a device or the simulator.
