Hello,

Hi , a friend of mine forwarded to me some of the photos to my Gmail account using dropbox services.I recently noticed that the photos are not there , instead I am being instructed that the files were deleted.I reached out to my friend who claims that he only deleted the email he sent.
I am in dire need of those photos but I do not how.

Go to Dropbox 'Recently deleted files' folder and check if the deleted files were there. Deleted files from Dropbox keep existing there as long as 30 days. So you've higher chances of getting your files back.
