Conditional Formatting

Hello,

I'm trying to create a table for a field trip. Essentially, I want the students name highlighted based on their homeroom teacher. There are 3 teachers involved, and I can't figure out a formula that will take into account the three name variables. I've tried assigning a number code to each teacher but I can't figure out how to put it all together.

Help!

There are a lot of way to do this.
