I cannot download adobe flash player

Hello
We have try to download adobe flash player. It want down load at all my children have a webkinz and it ask for adobe and we have try to down load for week.

hi,
try to turn off your firewall and the download it once again.
to disable your firewall, go to control panel > Windows firewall
then turn it off.
after you have downloaded the software, turn your firewall on once again.
