Conditional formatting based on another cell

Hello,

this is what I want:
EXAMPLE:
B3= Arash
if B6=1 then B3 goes red
if B6=2 then B3 Goes yellow
and if B6=3 then B3 goes green
i want to change B3(Arash) at any time without any color effect on B3 cell.
thanks for your help
