MSN Messanger can't send messages error

Hello,
I installed the new version of MSN LIVE.. WHEN I use messange to send a message I get the message microsoft has incountered a problem and has to close down.. do you want to report this?

I have deinstalled several times but it still does not work.
I could use some help

Do i think you should uninstall the new windows live messenger and download an older version try 8.5
