I have been trying to download this file

I have a free account
I have clicked on Upload (then in the drop down) From the Web
& Pasted the address in the URL.
In the Save As - What do I put in here ?
It is showing image.jpg
and if I click on it,
It changes to - Uknown_omldi.upload
I tried uploading the file and when I went to view,
The page loaded something else !!

I don't know what type of file it is
Do I need a payed account
