I received E-mails yesterday to download, print, sign and return. Every one of them stated that "your security setting does not allow this file to be downloaded". Please help. I need to have it done today. It's an insurance policy. They do everything by e-mail.
Please make it as simple as possible. I am not a computer expert. Thanks.

Try disabling your antivirus before downloading the files then reenable your antivirus.
