Hi Kunmin,
I dont want to insult you by this, but first things first .... Is the battery definately charged? I know in this case it probably is, but could you have plugged it in to be on charge, but just not switched the mains on?
... and do you see a light when the charger is plugged in? If you dont see the charging light, then it is possible the charging circuit is broken and it will need to go to a repair shop.
Ok - simple stuff out of the way. Now assuming the battery is charged and you see the charging light try this unlikely sounding solution (and yes - I know it sounds mad)
Remove the battery.
Remove the charger.
Push the "On" button and keep it pressed for about 30 seconds with no power attached. Obviously it wont turn on, but bear with me.
Now replace the battery. Turn the machine on.

Thank you very much. Yes, I did have everything connected and there were no lights. However, I found an answer, just as you suggested and much to my surprise, it worked. Thank you very much for taking out the time to answer me. I appreciate that very much.
