Automatically selects the first option on my screen

Facing this issue where my computer automatically selects the first option on the Screen. For e.g. On deskstop when clicked anywhere it selects the first option i,e My Computer. after clicking on that it automatically opens up multiple screens under My Computer. Facing issues with each application on my machine.
